After the interview, give the hiring manager your page. They ask what there was no time for, and every answer shows the sentences you wrote it from.
- A CV is a list. The hiring manager's real question is how you think, and a list cannot answer it.
- Your page answers it in your words, with the sentences each answer rests on, and says so when you have not written about something.
- Each company gets its own invite. Why you are looking goes to them and to nobody else, including your current employer.
What they get that a CV cannot give them
The question they actually had, answered from things you wrote before this job existed. That is what makes it evidence rather than a pitch.
When your page has nothing on a question, it says you have not written about it, and stops. It does not reason its way to something plausible in your name, because the person reading is deciding on you.
How do you handle a migration that is already late?
She cuts scope before she adds people, and says so in writing on the day she knows. She has run two of these and wrote down what went wrong in both.

One invite for each company
Start an audience from “A company I'm talking to”, name it after the company, and invite the people there. It opens how you work and what you have done, and one topic nobody else sees: what you are looking for.
Your page on the web stays exactly as it was. What you wrote about leaving is taken away before the AI reads anything for a stranger, so there is nothing for it to let slip.

Read what they asked before the next call
Activity shows every question asked through each company's invite, what your page said, and which of your sentences it used. Three questions about pushing back on a VP is a brief for the second round.
This is not a trick on them. The invite tells whoever opens it, before they ask anything, that you will see their questions.
What your page will not answer

- Nothing about money is stored or answered here, at any level. Salary is for a conversation, and your page says so rather than guessing.
- Anything you did not write
- Every answer rests on sentences you kept, and shows them. A gap is a gap.
- Anything they should not ask
- A question about your age, family, faith, origin, health or the like is refused before your page reads anything, on every invite and on the open web. Nothing is answered and nothing is logged.
Questions people ask first
Will my current employer see that I am looking?
Not unless you show them. What you are looking for is a topic of its own, hidden from every audience until you open it, and the company preset is the only one that opens it.
I have never written any of this down. Where do I start?
Get asked. Your page puts one question to you at a time, the kind every interviewer asks, and you keep the answers you would say out loud. A few minutes a day is enough for a week of interviews.
What happens when I take a job?
Remove the company invites. Each one stops working the same minute. Your page stays yours, and what you know keeps answering the people you want it to.
