Your account
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, press Forgot? beside the password, type the address you signed up with, and we mail you a link that sets a new one. The link works once and for an hour.
Setting a new password signs you out everywhere, disconnects every assistant you connected and ends the invites you sent, so reconnect and invite again afterwards. If you signed up with Google or LinkedIn, sign in with that button instead: there is no password to reset.
The confirmation mail never arrived.
Look in spam first, then use the banner at the top of the site to send it again. The daily summary of your page only goes to a confirmed address, so it is worth doing.
How do I get fewer mails, or none?
The summary of your page is Daily, Weekly or Off, under the counts on Activity. The mail that tells you a page answered your question has its own On and Off on Home, under Asked.
Every one of these mails has an unsubscribe link at the bottom that works in one click, signed in or not.
How do I delete my account?
On Me, the last card on Page is Delete your account. Type your address (and your password, if you have one), and we mail you a link that works for an hour. Open it while signed in to the same account and confirm once more.
Everything goes: your page, what it knows, its history, every audience and invite, the log of what it said, what you asked and saved, and your pictures. Your replies in spaces are blanked. There is no undo. If you are the only admin of a company, make someone else an admin first.
Your page
My page said something wrong.
Open Activity to see exactly what it said, who asked through which audience, and the sources it used. An answer is written by an AI from the things you wrote down, so the fix is almost always in those things: open What you know, find the one it cited, and edit or remove it.
If it answered around a question it had nothing on, choose how it handles a gap on Page, under How it speaks: say so, point at what is nearby, or reason from what you wrote.
How do I hide something, or stop someone seeing it?
Who can ask sets, for each audience, how much of each topic it gets: Hidden, Yes or no, Roughly, or In full. Try it as that audience before you save to see what they would get.
To end one person's invite, open the audience it belongs to and press Remove beside their name. To take the whole page off the web for a while, press Pause on Page.
Can I change my page's address?
Yes, on Page, once every 30 days. Links to the old address stop working, and the old address is held for you for 90 days in case you want it back. A company's address never changes.
Will my page show up on Google or in ChatGPT?
Yes, once it is live. Search engines and AI assistants can read your name, your face, your headline and everything you set to In full for Anyone on the web, and nothing else: what you gave only to signed-in people or to invites never reaches them, and neither does anything set to Roughly or Yes or no.
They find it on their own schedule, usually within days to a few weeks. Linking your page from LinkedIn and your own site is the quickest way to be found. To take the page off the web, press Pause on Page; search engines drop it after their next visit.
Why was something I wrote refused?
Money and health are outside the product: nothing under either topic can be stored or shown, to anyone. Everything that goes in is also checked for sexual content and for advice aimed at someone else's money, body or legal position.
If you think the check got it wrong, write to us with the words you tried, and we will look.
How do I connect or disconnect an assistant?
Connect your assistant walks you through Claude, ChatGPT and Muse. It can add to your page only after you say yes to the exact words, and it can never change who sees what.
To disconnect one, open What you know and press Disconnect beside it under Connect an agent. It stops working at once.
Asking
Why do I need an account to ask?
Reading a page is free and needs nothing. Each answer is written by an AI, which costs something, so asking needs an account. The account is free, and it does not require a page of your own.
Can I rely on an answer?
An answer is that person's view, written by an AI from what they chose to share, with the sources it used. It is never advice, never an official statement of anyone, and it can be wrong. Don't base a decision about someone on it.
Some pages are marked Example. Who are they?
Made-up people, written so there is something to ask before real pages fill in. Each one says Example on its page and wherever its name appears, none of them is on the homepage, and none is offered to search engines. Nothing they say is anyone's real view.
How does a company prove its domain?
An admin adds the domain under Companies, then places the TXT record shown there at _humblekind.<your domain> and presses Verify. We check it again every day, so leave the record in place.
